Ran out of room at the shop for building bikes, so we are setting up a new building with a lift.

Sporty was the first bike to go on the new lift.

Mark is still installing the insulation as we are testing out the new lift.

Installed air shocks and lowering blocks a couple of days back.

Got this skirted fender in mail and mocked up for the fitment. Painting (first coat) is going right now in my makeshift paint booth. Hope to finish by tomorrow.

Although I posted this on a couple of my threads, thought I share my install of DK Customs Outlaw 587 Chrome Bobber Air Cleaner and ViED. Very pleased with the performance improvements. Set my ViEDs at 75%. Eliminated deceleration popping. Here are some before and after pics. Thanks Kevin, Dawn, and Kelsey of DK Customs for promptly answering my tons of email questions....you folks a awesome!

blew the head gasket on the highway... so i decided to do some painting while it was all apart

here she is 95 1200

this is the cylinder that blew the head gasket

might as well do the whole thing

I've sanded the fins, cleaned all debris and loose paint, and begun to apply pinstripe paint on the fins

fins all pinstriped out

taped and ready for paint

first couple of coast

several coats later

finished product

front and rear cylinder

both cylinder housings done... not perfect but what a difference. I'm very satisfied with how it came out. next up, cylinder heads
