My son and I ended up being out from 11am until 6pm, riding a mix of mostly highway speeds and some in town stop and go speeds. Never saw anything higher than the 220* range in the 90* temps we had again today.

I'm happy...

I was going to hold off and do the cooler this winter, but after that, and seeing the forecast is for heat and alot of it this summer, I decided to do it now.
~ 250’ Wow. You do any intake or exhaust mods to ya bike without a tuner, Running lean will pump up the engine temps as quick as jack sprat.

I've installed a pair of Rush slipons, and a SE Stage 1 air cleaner on the bike, I reflashed the ECM with a FP3 using V&H MAP for their twin slash slipons, and a high flow air cleaner. I was told the twin slash and the Rush slipons were comparable as far the MAP was concerned. The bike runs great, plugs look good, and I took a head temperature reading using the FP3, the head temp was in the 380* range at highway speeds. I asked about that temp on here and was told it is 'normal'. That was my first concern with the high oil temps was that the bike was running lean, but nothing points to that. That is when I decided to go with the oil cooler.

They have the 1.75" baffles in them. I wanted to go with the 1.5" baffles but Rush no longer sells them.

So now that you have the 1.75... do wish they were they slightly quieter or are you good?

I'm totally happy with them. A lower deeper rumble without the crack the V&H pipes seems to have IMO.
