Quick sanity check - since these supporting rods that go through the rubber motor mounts, dont actually spin, even a little oxidization on the outside, with a little grease for longevity should be fine right?

front on left, with some grease applied, rear on right, no grease applied.

looks worse than it feels, just some surface rust.

the rear, smooth to your finger but certainly looks nasty.

and my belt, there is a wear mark on almost every hill, but its barely detectable with the finger. almost like a surface finish mark
and what about the belt? replace or is fine? no cracks that i see just this surface finish mark.

Going to HD later so I want to make sure i order everything i need.

I clean all my spacers/bolts with a brass wire wheel on the grinder, cleans thoroughly and doesn't harm the pieces, then anti seize/lube/grease (whatever works best for the application) As far as the belt, I have run what appears to be worse, as long as there is no cracking or deep gouges I'd run it

Wow, hope you also ordered some of the heat shields to go with 'em...

Just received the contrast cut finned A/C cover from DK Customs. I like this much better than the flat chrome one I had. Nice accent to the cooling fins.

Well today I finally got the paint done on my front fender, tank and tracker tail. So many coats of primer sprayed with probably no more than 2 layers left after sanding. 7 or 8 thin coats of base (off white) were followed by 2 cans or 4 coats of 2K. I think it turned out great but I know better than to stick around in the garage and potentially stir up dust. I'll just have to wait until tomorrow to know for sure.

Went and tested the rsd shortstack bars. Anyone considering them should notice that the height isnt that much different from stock bars. Going to add 2" lachopper risers and it Will be perfect. Have to change all cables.

Absolutely, I'd be honored. I also had this one at a different angle.
