Coldest I've ridden was 29. In Florida. Bunch of my Internet friends and I would rent out Jennings GP for a week in February for an annual festival of speed, grilling, drinking, and shenanigans, and one time the cold showed up uninvited. We were huddling around burn barrels and in running trucks, then sneak out onto the track for short runs in the morning, and felt nice in the afternoon when it got above freezing. Race compounds do NOT do well in the cold, and I didn't have tire warmers yet, so I ended up shredding a brand new set of tires in about 15 minutes. Thankfully I had a spare set of regular road ST compounds there for the rest of the day, but that was a stupid expensive mistake I won't forget.

Default Led tail light and curved license plate

After removing the sissy bar, stock tail light and big bulky license plate frame i realized the plugs on the two lights were different. Stock is a square plug and flat pin and the led came with round plugs. After some practice, i ended up soldering thevstock plug to the new light. I love the way its coming along. Cant wait to install more of the parts i have been collecting.
I still need to trim down the left and right edge of the plate frame to fit inside the trim plate. And change hardware or add washer for a snug fit.

Looking good. Small mod's making a big difference here. Keep up the good work Brickchick.

Pulled the bike out of the storage room I had it in and brought it into the construction office boardroom. Hooked up the Charger/tender pigtail. Now I can sit on it and make engine noises whenever I want. lol

Thanks johnny bravo. I was really nervous to cut the wires. I have a lot more confidence now after everything turned out so well.

No kidding lewk. Lol. Thats exactly what was goin through my head too. I messed with the plug for quit a while trying to avoid it. But came to the conclution that short of soldering i would have nothing but problem.
The fitment of the amazon lens is not perfect. Im going to have to shave it a bit with a razor to make me happy.
Its hard to see in the pic but top corners dont touch.

How many miles did you put on that fuel filter?
