Rode about 100 miles on my new rear tire...American Elite...think I'm gonna be liking this new tire.

 

Anyone else find that the two brother 2-1's fit is a little tricky? Anywho got that and the arlen ness big sucker stage 2 on. Along with custom dynamic LED's and trying out the bootleg daymaker ;-)

 

 

I love the Elites. I have 12K on mine (rear) and there's a LOT of tread left. I have the MH90-21 on the front, it looks like it'll need replacing around 18K.

 

Cleaned the bugs off from yesterday evening's ride. Spent today with my wife at a nature preserve, she's quite the shutterbug... I'm such a good husband, since my plans were to ride today.

Tomorrow, we ride!

 

Was running low on gas 5 miles from home. Saw a Chevron with a banner saying "Racing Fuel Sold Here", thought what the heck and pumped 3 gallons of 100 octane gas into old sporty. What now, is she supposed to wanna take off like a jet now??

 

No, but you should be able to pull some looooong 3rd gear wheelies!!!

 

Helped my son install the H-D low-profile sissy bar on his Iron 883.

 

I got in a little over 110 miles today. It was hot here, temps around 90*F.

Started getting all the stuff together to reroute the crankcase breathers outside the airbox. Found a used SE Stage 1 air cleaner for $30 on ebay, everything's there except for the filter element. Got a new one ordered. Picked up the 3/8" hose and barbed fittings while I was out today. Only thing left to get is the catch can.
