Default Took my first real ride

So today I registered my new sportster (883 low- 3h at DMV) and dad and I went on our first ride. Didn't dump, stall and got up to 40 comfortably. I have to work more on my turns - for some reason I'm not as smooth going to the left. But from coming from a 125cc during the MSF class I think it went well. The bike and I are still learning each other but still have the grin on my face!

Happy and safe riding all.

Not today but a few days ago... replaced the aluminum front brake and clutch levers with chrome ones. Also adjusted the clutch properly. For some reason all the posts and videos I saw didn't get it across to me just how to do it properly but I figured it out and now the bike shifts into neutral like a dream when standing still. Oh, today I DID put on a NOS license plate frame I bought off Ebay from a long-closed Indiana Harley dealer.

Sorry, but honestly it looks painted. I guess depending on your state, I believe a license plate light is required to pass annual safety inspection. I was shopping around at the dealership and saw this and thought of you....does not look like it has a license plate light but looking at it online says it does but you can't see it.

you should buy my 13.25" stock 2016 roadster shocks. Make it handle as good as it looks.
