What did you do to Your Sportster Today?

fouled rear spark plug
Today I went for a 70 miles ride because outside is gorgeous. Then I checked my spark plugs to see how the new tuning was doing. These plugs have about one week and 400 miles on them, here is how they look like. The rear plug is really messy as was the one I took out before this. Any ideas?
The bike is a 2004 xl1200c, carburated.
It has SE dyno jet kit on, high flow air cleaner and de-baffled pipes with Tti inserts.
this is the carb setting:
45 slow Jet (stock is 42)
170 main jet (stock 175)
SE emulsion channel(?) larger than stock but only two tiny holes on the side
SE needle with 3 shims (the needle is more tapered than the stock one)
SE spring (shorter and thinner than stock)
slider hole enlarged (about 1/8'')
idle screw 2 1/4 turn
I posted this in a new thread here

I already have stage 1 (Arlen Ness Inverted Deep Cut AC and Rush 3" with 2.25" baffles) and Powervision with Autotune.
So the before is with a tweaked custom map from Jamie at fuelmoto.
Just wanted to find out if I could get more HP and Torque out of the tune or the PV with Autotune already established an optimal tune. According to the lead mechanics at the dealership, my mid-range was running a little lean. Jamie basically tweaked revised the table values to address decel popping

So you removed the Velociraptor and replaced it with the AN?
Any specific reason for this? (didn't flow well?) or just like the
AN looks better ?
Thanks,
T.

If EFI, do you have any data logging tools ? If so,
(this is obvious) see what the O2 is doing to the fueling.
Lots of things could be 'wrong'. Could be an exhaust leak allowing
air to fool the O2 sensor, could be a bad fuel injector, etc....
good luck,
T.

You are right, my bad.

I will edit the post and link a new thread.

It helps knowing what the bike is, carb or EFI....

All buttoned up
Well today was the day!! Got up early this morning and put the bike back together. Had to make a trip to dealer yesterday because while removing the screws for the fuel pump on the peanut tank I stripped them more than they already were. So got those, which was a trip 30 mins out the way but the only dealer that had the screws on the shelf.
Got home removed the pump which was a PITA and swapped it to new tank, added about a gallon of gas to make sure it held overnight and the rest is histry.
I did place an order today though for a new gas cap. I hate that pop up one that jp cycles sent with the tank.
I also ordered some SG air shocks 12inchers on fleabay which should be here Saturday. Now I just gotta make up my mind about which low profile seat I want to go with. Lepera is my top pick at the moment.

Looks good!
I just bought a LaPera Bare Bones:
Le Pera Bare Bones Series Carbon Fiber Solo Seat LC-006-CB
It has carbon fiber inserts that are not visible in pics. Looks really good.
I am about 170lbs and after a couple of hours, I start missing my puffy sundowner 2-up seat...

Im looking for comfort but looks like Ill have to choose comfort over style. Havent quite found a seat with both based on reviews Ive seen and read. Im planning a 2 week road trip at the end of June and will be doing at times, 700 mile days, so comfort is a must.
