how are those fans working out? Were you trackiing your temp before and after? i may have to invest in some. Are the little arms adjustable?

It brought my temp down about 50 degrees give or take. In stop and go traffic (which is why I bought it), I normally run 410+. Yesterday (first day), was running 360-380. This morning in normal traffic, I normally run 360-380...was running 330-350.
When I got home after stop and go, I left my motor running just to see if the temp would continue to drop...and it did several degrees but did not have the patience to watch how much it would go down.
No, the arms are not adjustable.
Check out this thread...have some other pics and a sound clip without the motor running

I can tell you what he told me when I asked....it is already discounted. the $299 and $349 is an introductory price and will be valid only until a certain date.....so you can expect the price to go up after the intro period.
Wasn't it you that said Wards is #1 and LGs is the other guy. Can't find Wards when you want them lol?

While a seemingly great product to ease engine temperatures it makes me concerned about hot spots and potential risk of unequal temperature across the head more so than with just the natural convection caused by temperature difference of the heads and the ambient air. There will always be uneven temperatures with these engines, but this seems like it may just increase the difference of the areas from the immediate cooled areas. Would need to see an equipped engine with a FLIR camera to really get a good pictures beyond just temperature gun data unless you plan to map both heads with a temp gun.

Tried to leave from work yesterday and click, click, click. A co-worker was able to push start me to get home.
Took the battery out and tested it...good battery. Another victim of loose battery cable syndrome. Put the battery back in with dielectric grease and tightened that bad boy down. Also tightened the ground to frame bolt just in case.
She started right up, no problems!
