Be careful when you first ride it in the spring, you may forget about the oily mold release residue on the new tires.
Indeed. I just had a new tyre installed and the dealer (my local Yamaha one!) stamped my reciept with a warning about taking care for the first 100 miles. Check pressure at that time too, as new tyres can 'settle'.
Awesome, thanks for the warning guys, can and will do!
My AlloyBoltz kit showed up today. Trying to keep up (somewhat)
with cvaria... (but mine are stainless, not chrome)
T.
wow, AlloyBoltz.com packaging and labelling are great....and you can put what you take off in its respective bag rather than throwing them in your parts drawer and never knowing where they came from...lol
I was gonna get them for the Sporty, but decided to use them on my King. Makes a difference when the fasteners matches the shine on the rest of the motor. Sometimes the little details makes a difference.

and you had to go and mentioned matching the shine of the motor...lol
Since I bought Bitubo rear shocks for better dampening and rebound with comparable ride to the air/oil shocks that I had on the bike, decided to do the same with my fork....ordered Ricor Intiminator fork valve from DK Customs. Will try it with my Burly fork springs for now. http://dkcustomproducts.com/Improved...RIC-INT-39.htm
Took off my outlaw 587 intake and slapped on my new 636! Really cool looking. Went for a short ride this morning @ 57 degrees ( cold for us fl. Guys ) well lots more air going in so she's breaking up when I hit it hard. Have to hit the carb and let some more gas pass through.
