Took my bike into the dealership to get a safety check and some other stuff done. I only use certain mechanics that I know are very good and will care for my bike. He told me couple of my motor mounts are no good...engine shakes. The good thing is the bike is under extended warranty so he will replace all mounts and some other related stuff at no cost....the extended warranty has saved me some bucks.
Replaced my Hawk organic brake pads with Lyndall Z+ So far so good, but the real test will be when it rains since the Hawk front pads made a loud squeal and felt like it was slipping when it rained...and only when it rained. Otherwise pads were fine.
Will be changing up the look and installing stainless steel braided cables and bikini beach bars mainly to get my hands in a more comfortable position and so I can sit straight up relieving the stress on my back.

Unboxed: Todd's Cycle 1" Speed Up Bars.
Received them finally! It's a little chilly this morning to do a driveway install session, but thought I would share a couple of pics and impressions.
I plan on narrowing them another 1-1/2"
Underside, showing pre-drilled slots for internal wiring.
My thoughts:
Pros: Love the styling, and the wiring slots, height and pull back will be great, based on a quick mock fit in the garage. The angle of the grips will so much better for me and my wrists than the stock trackers.
Cons: Welds B+ some areas look a little rushed. Bar caps are gloss black and don't match flat finish of bars. Wiring slot edges are very sharp and will need deburring/chamfering. Surface rust is already present internally.
Overall, still happy. Bars were about $180 shipped.
