Installed the DK Customs coil and ignition relocation kit this past weekend. Sorry, no pics until I get these damn wires tucked how I want them.

I don't know if you've seen this thread...it has a lot of photo's and comments about doing a wire tuck. It can be useful.

See what happens when you have new emblems put on! Glad it wasn't any worse. Nice emblems btw.

Just trying to be like the hscic!

This is my winter config. It's getting a little chilly in NC now (kind of like the low temps at Haleakala) and the fairings help on the wind.

Finally got the NKG Iridium plugs for the Sportsters and installed them today. O3 883R, 09 XR1200, 13 XL1200T and 16 XL1200 Roadster. I did have platinum SE plugs in the two Roadsters but I wanted to give the iridiums a try.

Yup, I've been all through it. Tucked the wires very nicely a few years back on a friends bike. Just ran out of time over the weekend.

Took my bike into the dealership to get a safety check and some other stuff done. I only use certain mechanics that I know are very good and will care for my bike. He told me couple of my motor mounts are no good...engine shakes. The good thing is the bike is under extended warranty so he will replace all mounts and some other related stuff at no cost....the extended warranty has saved me some bucks.

Replaced my Hawk organic brake pads with Lyndall Z+ So far so good, but the real test will be when it rains since the Hawk front pads made a loud squeal and felt like it was slipping when it rained...and only when it rained. Otherwise pads were fine.

Will be changing up the look and installing stainless steel braided cables and bikini beach bars mainly to get my hands in a more comfortable position and so I can sit straight up relieving the stress on my back.

I'd be really curious to see the beach bars, keep us in the loop!
