Now to the thread, I went on the Wildflower and Yankees Tavern run (360 miles round trip) on Saturday with my riding group and did a lot of cleaning and waxing after the return. I hate washing my car but for some reason cleaning the bike is fun!
I don't really like the Galaxy S4 holder, cause I carry my S4 in a OtterBox case. The S4 only clicks to the holder w/o being in the case. I haven't really tired it on any long runs yet, but I would be confident it would hold on bumps and all. I bought mine off of ebay.

I spent 4 hours cleaning my bike yesterday for that picture. LOL

Picked up my 2014 48 about a week and a half ago. Immediately felt it was too quiet, a quick Youtube search and found a guy who drilled a 1 inch hole in his stock exhaust baffles to hold me over until Vance & Hines released their Big Radius for the 2014s... I know, I know, not good to do but, it was a quick fix and has worked pretty well aside from the horrible decel pop I get without a tune.

Today, I was greeted with an email from Vance & Hines that their 2014 Sporster 48 Big Radius has started shipping and immediately called the dealer to get mine on order so, here is a list of parts I am hoping come in by Friday;
1. Vance & Hines Big Radius 2into2 BLACK
2. V&H Fuelpak FP3
3. V&H Naked VO2 (not sure of the filter cap I will go with just yet so, went with naked for now).

Now I wish I also added the speedo/tach combo as a stock replacement but, I can always pick that up later...

I tried a cordless impact to get the nut on the drive sprocket off... It doesn't have enough power. I may have to load up the bike and take it some where.

Installed Power Commander V, Mocked up and mounted custom DIY seat, and primed custom DIY rear fender.
Adding an edit: That is the DK seat hinge so you can see how it sits( those are 4" springs, I'm 6'3 225). I like it, and the hinge feels like it is bomb proof.

There wasn't a way to sign up from what I could tell... I emailed them last week asking if they had an ETA for when it would release for the 2014 Sportster and they replied only yesterday with the part number and that they had JUST started shipping.

Their website doesn't display the information yet for the LEMANS/DRAG Part # but, armed with the email I went to the dealer and had them order it ONLY because I had about $300 worth of dealer credit from when I picked up the bike...

The exhaust should be the same for all sportsters 883 and 1200 alike...

V&H Part Numbers are...
Black 46067
Chrome 26067

Oh and today, I put the black headlight surround on in place of the chrome, put smoked front signal lenses and swapped to amber bulbs. Also picked up the 2014 sportster service manual.
