What did you do to Your Sportster Today?

Today I put a Fuel Moto EFI on my 1200 Low T. It came from Fuel Moto with a stock fuel map. My friend has a Dyno, and is familiar with EFI (I'm a carb guy), so he helped me install it, and connected it up to his Dyno software. Some of the lower RPM/lower throttle openings had 25% increase over stock with the supplied map, and this map is for a box stock motor! He tweaked a couple cells, in the 1750 to 2250 RPM range, based upon his experience, and my reports of horrible low RPM/throttle lean surging, then sent me out to do a few "butt dyno" runs. I tweaked the low rpm dial up a couple clicks to clean up some minor surging, and declared it done.
He asked if we could do some power runs, and I agreed. I'll post the graphs when he sends them to me, but we compared the results to some big twin numbers he had saved, my bike is within 5 hp of many of the big twins, and I have the stock intake and exhaust.
On my ride home I found I now have good torque right off idle, I can pull the higher gears 5-10 mph slower that with the stock fuel mapping, and pulling power at low rpm produces a smooth acceleration instead of the herky-jerky stumble bump it was before. Bottom line, a huge improvement in rideabilty.
