They're all bullet inserts? It does say in their instructions if it doesn't work, try using one of the other LEDs in it. Swap one of the other LEDs in and see what happens. Which side is it by the way?
Just for shitz & giggles, check your polarity, an LED is a diode, which means it only passes current one way. The regular bulb doesn't care, so it will light up when the LED won't, because the polarity is reversed.

In the end this was the answer. The wires in the connector where the signal plugs into the taillight were reversed, from HD I guess. Swapped and voila!

It was a polarity issue. Had to swap the wires in the factory connector. Life is good now!

Bought my 07 Nightster on Saturday, rode it for as long as I could squeeze in (about 150 miles) washed it after work today.... Then she wouldn't start! Found the negative battery terminal loose. Snugged it up and boom all smiles.
