Hit the road late this morning on the red 1200. Nice day here, temps around 80*F and mostly sunny skies.

Ended up putting 178 miles on the bike.

...snip...
I realize everyone's "ride quality" meter is different, but my old **** couldn't
even handle the 'short' factory shocks on my 2013 Iron. I switched them out
for a ~$100 pair of StreetGlide shocks and I'm pretty happy with the ride. These
days, since I'm getting even 'older', I might even look for some Road King 13" shocks...

just an opinion,

T.

Found a Mustang Vintage solo seat on sale and gave it a go. Super happy with it, feels about an inch higher and a bit further back. Perfect for mid-controls.

I’ve been swapping the seat between my 07 and 20.

Swapped the front pulley too, the 28 is the bees knees with the 1200 primary; 3.60 gearing works a bit better with the cams.

Installed new running lights/turn signals! These are by Rogue Rider Industries. Bright as all get out.

Took the Sportster round Mallory Park race track today with some 250 other Sportster riders.

There might be a video or two later. If I find one I will add a link.
