Nothing exciting. Changed the oil in the Sportster. 38K miles.

Not just today, but a lot of days. Rode it to the trailhead to do some mountain biking.

BTW, it's a 2X2 Cycles carrier. The guy males them for all kinds of motorcycles.

Nice. I'll have to admit, that for me this is the first time I've seen a bicycle 'rack' on
the rear of a Sporty. Good job.

not today either, but I also made a DIY bicycle rack for my Sportster when my car was down for a month, it attaches to a DIY cargo rack I welded up that bolts up to HD quick detach plates...

That's awesome! I thought about DIY-ing one too. I have the rooftop rack, but piecing the rest of it together and paying someone to weld it, it seemed worth it just to buy one from 2X2 Cycles. They're a small outfit in North Carolina. This one uses the quick release posts as well. I normally have a backrest and Sundowner 2-up seat on the Sportster. But the rack doesn't fit with that seat. I picked u[ this solo seat at a swap meet this spring for $20. Glad I did.

Took’er apart to start a wheel swap and 49mm front end conversion. 2nd time doing this, with 2 different xl1200c’s. Not sure why I haven’t bought a 48.. 😄
