What someone did to my bike on last week? Someone decided to take a selfie on a bike near the office, while bike was dirty after two rainy days... so that ******** wiped a tank and hell of scratched it.

Same when the ***** write clean me in the dirt on your car.

Years ago it seemed funny until I got a little into detailing and was shown how easy it is to swirl up the paint.

So I ride in various conditions around DFW (Dallas-Ft.Worth,TX).

Has anyone else added the Pyrimid Plastics 'Fenda Extenda' in an attempt
to reduce the 'crap' thrown up by the front tire onto the frame/engine area ?

I just added the 'extender' and I'm not very 'impressed' with the fit/finish.
The following pic is after I shaved it with a utility knife in an attempt to get
it to look somewhat decent....

thanks,

T.

That extender looks like crap. Hate to see it before your surgery was done on it. I'll just live with the kicked up dirt and keep washing as needed. Thanks for posting about this item and the picture.
Cheers

Going to run out to IndyWest HD and see how much they want to paint my side covers in Superior Blue.

I think that will look good. I like that color.

Just a thought, you could probably take the side covers to a normal 'paint & body' shop and get them done cheaper than the HD dealer...

good luck,

T.

I'm going to have to think on this for a while, not sure I want to part with $300 for painted side covers..

I did get out and ride this afternoon though, about 70 miles. First time since early January.
