Thanks! It took a lot of work to make it look stock, given all the changes I made to it...lol

I'm considering sending my Roadster seat to Mean City Cycles for one of their seat insert combos for more comfort on longer rides. If you have a Mean City Seat mod let me know your thoughts on whether it would be worth it.

I love the look so much I'm not going to change seats. I can live with the feel if I have to. Not unbearable, but could be more comfortable with the right insert.

Should I expect any mean trick from security and alarm system if I disconnect battery, especially if I take battery home overnight to re-charge?

Turn on the ignition to disarm security system and then pull the maxi fuse. You can then disconnect the battery.

Thanks!
Went down to parking to check out what’s with battery. Terminals are tight, apparently battery is just dying due to its low lifespan.
Also, other findings.
Preinstalled connector for battery tenders and boosters is there, awesome!
One cow bell bracket bolt is missing. Ok, I know from this forum that Sportsters tend to loose parts

The importance of going round the bike regularly to check fasteners.

Changed the oil for the 1st time since the permanent oil filter install.no metal shaving on the magnet.adjusted belt tension..did some some quick tuning via power vision.noticed since my tti's install my bottom exhaust heat shield was turning a yellowish purple color right past where the two in one port exits behind it.so i turned the bottom tti sideways, got more sound, still plenty of power and slowed the discoloration...took the number 13 off of the rear fender and polished a stripe on it.now the fender is complete...its cool how u can retard or add timing and fuel on the fly.also learned on the power vision that u can lower the cold start up rpm so i dropped mine to -100..so its 1550 instead of 1650 which was too high for my liking.did a lot of riding recently.bike now has a little over 20k miles and runs great.
