Ordered a Bare Bones solo seat last night, so I took Harley's Barkalounger off and had to compound the fender and tank where that monster had rubbed the paint pretty bad.
Clayed it.....it buffed out pretty nice.
I need to touch up a few spots....but it looks good for a '96.

Showed my son how to do an oil change and went for a 3 hour local ride with him and his friend.

It was the friend's 1st ride on his newly inherited '05 1200C. Previous m/c experience: Basic Rider's Course. So we kept at 30-35 MPH with a couple of bursts up to 50 near the end.

Lowered the front end 2 inches and the back 1. Matte black paint job as well. I need to be done if I want to keep my girlfriend.

flipped my mirrors back to stock and pulled the apes a few inches farther out.

got bored at work and removed the belt guard
