The lowbrow looks similar but it’s a 2 position, this one is a 3 position Off/ACC/On.

Do you know if that can replace a 3 position switch and just eliminate the accessory position? I've been thinking about trying to get rid of that after running the battery down a couple time not getting the key turned all the way off. I don't see any reason other than running the battery down for that on a stock '04 sportster. I didn't know about these switches, thanks for the mention.
In my application (three wire ign switch), I have red (from battery thru 30A main fuse) ,
red/grey accessory, red/black ignition/starting. When the key is in the "on" position
(red/black getting power), the accessory wire (red/grey) is also getting power.
If yours is wired like that, then yes, you should be able to just tie the red/grey and
red/black wires together in the "on" position of this switch, thus eliminating the ACC only option.
