In the lower 60's today, so I went on another ride to test the new shocks. Put some of that "good gas" in it on the way home...

Put on the tail light visor I got dirt cheap from the discount table at the local HD shop.

And did her weekly roll to a different spot on the tires.

Weather's warm enough for a ride here (43 F) but the roads are now a disgusting mess of sand, wet, mud and salt. So she continues to sit in the garage. Grrrr.

went back to stock bars, but flipped them. also redid some wiring for the hand controls.

and i found a set of viewtech mirrors on ebay for $50...they sell for $115 a piece new.....SCORE!!!

Well, today I rode her for about 50 miles :-)....it was about 35 degrees, so a bit brisk.

Just the other week I had the SE slipons put on....coupled with the Figure Machine A/C under the OEM cover, she's sounding and running sweet:

Looks great, I've been thinking of doing that as well, what did you use to black them out? Some I've seen 3m vinyl etc then also RSD makes a cover I saw that looked good but i'd have to cut due to clip ons and speedo relocat.
