Default My 48 and my own take on a headlight relocation kit

I really like the DK Customs headlight relocation kit. But since I'm on the other side of the globe and I didn't want to wait to have one delivered I decided to try and make my own relocation kit. Worked out quite well and my headlight is now a bit further out and up. Pic quality isn't too good I know (I apologise).
Hope you like it...

Looks good. The DK headlight is my next mod. I can't wait to get rid of my stupid headlight and brow.

Nice job bro. looks like we are heading the same direction (Same bike, same bars, fender off, relocation kit etc...)
How high is your tank lift. I already have the coil & ign. relocated, wire tucked but no tank lift. Thought I wouldn't like to lift the tank but now I am reconsidering.
I think the angle you have on your tank is just what I have in mind to keep the bottom of the tank almost level with the back bone. I measured up but can't decide should I go 2" or 3"?
Yours looks perfect though.

Hey man thanks! Yep we just might be going down that same "Frisco" road. I've got a 3" lift on from Comete Motorcycles, originally I had a 2" on but I think this way the tank flows better with the frame.

Thanks Steve! I like yours too, really jealous of that sweet sissy bar! Have you taken off your fairing? Can't really tell looking at your avatar.
