Default 1000 XLCH No spark

Bike is a 77 Iron Head 1000 XLCH Custom chopper, I have had it over 10 years, and upgraded to the Crane Hi4 ignition, with crane coil and an alternator conversion from J&P cycles. Did this about 8 years ago and have done nothing but ride it, with little or no issues. Anyhow, my last ride was a month ago, and today I went to start it for winterization and no go..

It has no fire on either side, it's not bad plugs, still cranks over and headlight is bright, just no spark. Where do I begin? I have traced all wires with no external chaffing, ohms in the alternator is reading .5 which I think should be ok?

Regulator I get nothing, but understand there is no way to test it. Pulled off the hi 4 cover and no corrosion, so now what I need to know is what to test and how? I have Lots of tools and am semi mechically inclined, just not having any luck figuring it out. Any help would be great, thanks.

Again, it has NO POINTS, or generator and a Crane hi 4 ignition, so my manual is not helping me much

Welcome to HDF from the UK. We have some Stickys in the DIY Electrics section which will enable you to more fully check your charging circuit, including the regulator. First rule is to get your battery checked, to confirm it is up to scratch, which you can probably get done at your local auto parts store.
