6 ft 8? Holy cow tree88! If you can fit on one, I definitely can! I'm gonna drop down to about 190 pounds and I measured myself earlier and I'm a little under 6 ft. 1 1/2. I'd love to see some pics of you taller guys on your bikes.
I'm definitely gonna go with the 48. The raw look of it is SICK!!

I will attempt to get a pic up on here today or tomorrow.

I am 6' 4" weigh 250 and really enjoy my Sportster! I have mids and an engine guard with foot pegs on it. I went through several seats (bought used off Ebay) before I settled on the Mustang wide touring seat with a backrest (I am 66). The Sportster is ridden daily locally, but on longer trips I take the Goldwing.

I am 6'2", 180 lbs, with a 34" inseam and ride my wife's 2011 Nightster with forward controls often and other than the seat and rear suspension being poor (for me) it is comfortable and has more get-up and go than my 2011 Blackline.
Forward controls for me anyway is a must have, unless you are looking to do drag bars, as my previous bike (2006 XL1200L) had mid-controls and I felt cramped.
