From the title, I thought the thread would be somewhat different but I get it now, LOL. I would like to mention my own UPS guy, who has brought me many goodies over the years but this isn't about that ... The following is a letter that I sent to the local UPS manager describing his employee's performance:

Dear Sir/Madam,
At approximately 1:00 PM this day, our mail delivery lady knocked on my door to tell me that about thirty goats had broken through the fence at the end of my street. They were busily eating neighbors' flowers and any other vegetation they could find. She wanted to know if I had the telephone number of the farm owner (I didn’t).
I went to my garage to collect some fence boards and screws to temporarily repair the breech until the owner could do something about it. My wife and our next door neighbor came with me to herd the goats back through the fence breach. As it turned out this was not necessary.
As we trotted toward the damaged fence, your delivery driver came into sight, having made a delivery around the corner. He took in the situation at a glance and using his truck, herded all of the goats back through the hole in the fence.
It was an astounding exhibition of driving skill and a fine example of being a “good neighbor” ! We’ve always been more than pleased with the service that your company provides but this was clearly way beyond your employee’s normal job expectations. Please extend our gratitude to this excellent driver.
