Default Seat Change '13 48

So I have a 2013 Sportster 48 and want to get a 2 person seat for another rider. Thought a seat off of another sportster or something like that would work but not quite sure if one would fit? I know the frames are the same going back to 2007 sportsters so maybe one of those seats would fit?

Any stock seat from '04+ will physically fit but the nose of the seat will look awkward since there aren't any stock 2-up seats that are made for the 2.2 fuel tank.

It doesn't come stock with passenger foot pegs. Passenger pegs from '04+ will fit.

On '04 to '06 seat may not fit since they moved the electronics under the seat in '07 and up and they require a bit more room for the unit that sits on top of the rear fender that the older seats don't provide enough of.

OP has a 2013 which does not have the ECM under the seat. Any '04+ seat will fit. ECM was moved again in 2010.

I got a seat from a 06 I think that works fine. The looks are ok but is really just for the times the wife wants to come along. It is more comfortable than the stock 48 solo seat.

Theses seats are usually easy and cheap to find, and a great option if your going to use it sporadically.
