Anyone else think that a center stand on these would improve stability during maintenance, as well as, generally be a peace of mind when leaving the bike some places?

I am with you... I tried searching for one when I got the bike. They don't seem to exist... at least I could not find a vendor that had them...

Dont think you could make one big enough to actually lift the rear wheel up. These things sit pretty damn low.

While it might be nice for maintenance, it's not worth the weight in my opinion.

Sure do. I had one on my Triumph and my Panhead Dresser. Don't know why we can't have them on everything.

Amen to that. I wish I didn't need one at all. But then I could only park at home
