Default Can't Start, but have Front Lights, Help!

The bike is a 96 Hugger.

I had a Run/Brake light combo put in with a Badlands equalizer all the work was done at a shop. Afterwards the rear turn signals got wonky, wouldn't turn off, both would run at the same time, or if they did run one at a time the second would also run but very faintly as the current changed.

The bike ran fine except for that. I did a tank swap a couple days ago, bike ran fine after that.

Then today...

Ride into work, at the end of work the bike won't start, headlights turn on, the gauge indicator still lights up, but nothing when I hit start. One weird thing is the rear lights don't work at all, even though the front do. My uninformed guess is somehow wiring came loose today on the back end that was worked on and somehow I am getting power to the front of the bike, but not the starter or rear.

Check your battery it doesn't take that much to run lights.

When I changed my handlebars I ran into the same problem. I ended up blowing my ignition fuse. Once it was replaced the bike fired right up.

Check fuses. Also, your lights aren't wired properly. IF all that checks out, put a multimeter on your battery.
