You can get edge bags which are far better than are the moco bags and they will lock with a key even on the brackets.
How much better can you get than that?

Those Ghost Brackets are simply too short and wimpy for throw overs. Here are my Ameritax bags with the brackets shown above. I made some clamps from .125" aluminum strap and the bags don't/can't move.

Not even!

I had a set of Heritage style bags on my Softail.

Nothin' cheap about the mounting brackets or the bags for that matter.

Now throw-overs on the other hand are cheap, no if's and's or but's.
