Aftermarket knurled shifter/rear brake knob

Anyone know of a place to get a knurled shift knob? Looking to get a matching pair for the shifter & rear brake. Looking for 5/16-18 or 5/16-24 thread. Got a rear brake lever from a buddy that got scraped up when he went down. I cut it up & threaded it the same as the shifter.
