Default Help... Tank lift install question.....

Just doing the 2" tank lift by DKcustoms now and it says not to tighten the top bolts til the bottom bolt is on and snug, however I can not manage to get anything to fit the top bolt and certainly can't get a wrench in there, tight space. Wtf am I supposed to do?

I did my tank lift yesterday I did tighten and just used some washers to space out the difference on the frame

Ya! I ended up just position it where I needed it and then tightening the top bolts then doing the bottom! Needed a second set of hands to do this right! Looks good!

I snugged mine down just enough where they could still somewhat pivot, then bolted the tank down. This put additional pressure on the lift kit and it pretty much torqued itself down since the lift kit (DK) sits just a tad wider than the frame.

snug them up tight enough to stay put - mark the position with some masking tape
draws matching lines on both sides to mark where they line up
snug them up thenn lower tank and bolt it in place
