my right turn signal has stoped working

is this an easy fix something i could do ? .

I asked the guy at the HD shop and was told all about re wiring and taking the gas tank off ect ect ,, and im thinking
'really ?" wow

and part two of the queston , how much money ?

 

Did you check the bulb?

 

neither front or back are flashing
