I have searched everywhere and cant seem to find the information i am looking for. What all is needed to put a 48 speedo bracket on my 07 custom? I hate my stock bulky riser and really like the look of the 48s. I know the 48s risers are integrated into the top triple tree. So what i really dont know is what risers will i need to buy? Will the 72 stock risers work? Thanks

 

I put my 48 clamp on an after market tree. The only way it would fit is if I would but my loner industries spacers on it. Both clamps have the same spacing and pattern but the 48 clamp has an edge that hangs down and doesnt let it tighten completely. The loner spacers move that edge far enough away so it doesnt interfere. I already had the spacers so it was easy for me.

 

Oh........the risers I used were from an 883 standard.

you will also need the 48 speedo back cover (71988-10).
