Default Got bored this weekend

Blacked out the short shots and heavy breather, and the headlight ring. And threw the bags on cause why not lol, what does everyone use to clean their tires? Cant keep mine "not brown".

What did u paint your pipes with? And how did u prep the chrome for paint?

I used the VHT high temp paint in the glossiest black you can get for headers, I used high grit wet sandpaper to dull it a bit but really you dont even need to do that I've seen this done before without sanding and its been looking good for years.

I followed the instructions to start/stop and let it heat up to help it bake on.....looks good so far, if it gets messed up I can always re-apply!

Actually, thanks for that. The info on that paint is it is good up to 2000 degrees.
