Default Fuel injector issue

I noticed yesterday when leaving work when I turned the bike on and hit the run switch there was no priming noise. Bike started up just fine though. Today when I went to leave for work same issue, again started up just fine and no issues while driving. I had to stop for gas on the way and when I went to start it, it did prime. When I was pulling away I noticed the check engine light stayed on a few seconds. So as soon as I got to work I shut it off and pulled the codes.

The codes listed were P2061, P2063 and part number 22718-07A. I've got short shots with no baffels but torque inserts and a heavy breather. Also I have a powervision, which I flased a tune that was emailed to me directly from dynojet. I dont have the handlebar mount so I have not been able to check all the other details yet. I will have to do this when I get home tonight but was wondering if anyone else has experienced similar codes/issues. The bike is running fine just the start up not priming sometimes which only started the other day.

That priming noise is the fuel pump not the injectors.
Other than that I have no clue about those codes.

I just don't know why it will prime sometimes and not prime others. But its running just fine from what I can tell.

Are you sure you wrote down those codes correctly and they weren't these instead?
P0261 Front Injector Open/Low
P0262 Front Injector High EFI

Positive. I cleared them and got the same codes today. Again no prime noise. Primed on my way home though. Again running just fine though.

I had the same codes on my 07 after riding a couple hundred miles in a bad rain storm. I removed all fuses and relays and cleaned with contact cleaner and a wire brush and it fixed my problems.

I believe it fixed the problem because the relay probably wasn't getting good contact, so it could also be a relay going bad.

tried cleaning the relays and fuses with wire brush and no changes. Replaced grips Sunday night and when I went to leave for work yesterday it would crank but not start. No priming noise either also got P1003 code on top of the others. After some searching it sounds like I need to replace the relays. Im going to stop today on my way home from work and pick up a few new ones.
