I have installed the headlight modulator. I think this has worked the best for me. It REALLY grabs the eye of on coming and they know you are there. The one thing I did not like about it is, you can not use with led lights. So I went with the brightest halegon I could find.

Pic from the front.
Yes but after all the above you still must ride aggressively defensive like they simply dont see you.

I ride with my brights on. And I added LED, run/stop/turn lights from Custom Dynamics. They're worth every dollar.

I couldn't agree more. MSF teaches SEE - Search, Evaluate, Execute.

As opposed to the "consideration" of the driver who may be talking, texting, eating etc or driving way too fast?

I'll take my chances with my lights always on.

Just don't relax with brighter lights or loud exhausts; enough people get smashed by semi's with more lights than will fit on a Harley to prove nothing gets some people's attention. They'll help with a few folks, and even one avoided accident makes them worth while, but they're an ounce of prevention, not a cure.

Agreed, my eyes are my main defense, but every little thing can help.

Just how does blinding the driver in front of you with your high beams in his mirrors make you safer?
