Default Another tire question

I can get a great deal on some 100/90-19 tires but was wondering if that size would fit a 16x3 rim.

You actually answered your own question, a 19" tire requires a 19" rim.

No. A 100/90-19 is the standard FRONT tire on most (but not all) Sporties.
