my bike is 2012 XL883N I ordered 3.5" hugger riser from psycho moto + 15 degree fullback 29" Drag bar from cycles and they arriving this week. My question "IF" do i need to replace my stock cables (brake and clutch) how high you can go with your riser without replacing your stock cable on your iron883?

You'll be fine. You have another 5 or 6" of height before you need to worry about things needing replaced.

 

wow! i dont expect i can go 5-6" high more with my stock cables..now you give me something to think about, if i buy the right riser that will look good to my gurl... thanks man!

 

What about the upper brake line?I see hardly any slack on mine to raise at all ,how is it done without a longer brake line?please help
