I don't think you'll find the "fork" listed anywhere as a single item, other than off a wrecked or parted-out bike.

If you're trying for the dual disk front, all you really need is the right lower fork leg. You might also look for the fork lowers from some of the FX models around 2000. My FXDX had 39 mm forks with dual disks. They may work also. May be another option.
