Unhappy help my 1987 sportster

i installed a top end gasket kit because it was leaking after winter storage and i rebuilt it all and it was sucking instead of compressing so i turned the engine half a turn 180 degees and now i have 60 in front and 30 in the back and before the rebuilt i hade 40 in the front and 168 in the back i baugh my harley when i turned 16 my dream bike almost and its now bean a year that i havnt seen it together and ready to give up please help me and for your info i braugh it to several harley shops and specialists and they dont know so plz help or anything please and thanks in advance

Post your questions over on xlforum.net, most the folks over here have new bikes.

Also, your explanation of the problem needs some work, pretty much undecipherable. I've owned my Sportster for 23 years, so I know how important your bike is to you.

sorry about my bad writting im horrible for writting but my question is what could be wrong because before the i installed a new top end gasket kit it had 40 in the front and 168 in the back and now curently after several tries at the timming i got 60 lb and 30 lb in the back ( compression) but before storing it for winter two winters ago first year i baught it it was back fireing and then stalling and wouldnt start back for a few minutes i fixed that problem over winter saved up and got all new electronics and wireing and i believe that the back fires created my top end oil leak in the front so that is why i opened it and replaced the gaskets
