Default LED Headlight

Have a question for those of you that bought the daymaker headlight.
Once installed does the headlight seem to be loose in its bucket?
I thighned every bolt but it seems it shakes too much, I was thinking thats what the designers meant to do since the sportys shake and thats one way to avoid viration of the internals. Can anyone chime in..

I don't have a 48, but is that headlight bracket aftermarket? I'm using the stock (black version) headlight trim ring and its only held on by a tinnnny lil screw and its solid. No vibration whatsoever

Did you transfer over the rubber gasket from the old light to the new one? That is what makes it fit tight in the housing. Items #1 in each picture.

Well I bought the bucket kit for it, it has a top rubber isolator and a bottom one, it was moving quite a bit so what I did is I put double sided tape on the bottom sandwiched beween the rubber isolator and the bucket itself and it tightnen up everything real good.

Thanks guys for your help....

I just bought mine yesterday and installed and aligned it tonight, I had no vibration issues either. The kit came with the rubber ring which I used. Hardest trouble I had was trying to figure out how to align it. Had to download a manual to figure it out.

I think the $400 price tag is a little steep, but the light output is great. I might still get a couple auxiliary lights though, mainly for other people seeing me.
