I have one auction on Ebay but I dont know if It fit to my sportster.
I have 2 pics only and I see SIGN - 344.
My old shafts are signed - 1T,2T,3T,4T.

Here 344

Anybody knows - what MANUFACTURER and MODEL IT is?

I know. This is SE .536
Anybody knows - what I need to change in my SPORTY - original 1987.
After mouting - I hear the noise - knocking in rockerbox.
What is this?

The noise *could* be something as harmless as the clicking of the gears on the individual cams (excessive play between the gears, noisy, but, won't hurt a thing) or your rockers tapping the rocker box due to the increased lift.

Pull the top cover, look for evidence of contact (dings or shiny spots). If you find some, file away a SMALL!!! amount of material to provide the necessary relief.

Rockerboxs are disassembled. But I can hear the noise still.
Maybe I need to change something (head, valve, spring) - I have stock engine?

Please explain more what you are describing when you say the rocker boxes are disassembled and you still hear the noise - are the rockers off the engine, or did you just take the top cover and middle spacer off?

If you're still hearing it, use a long screwdriver like a stethoscope and see if you can't pinpoint the source of your noise. Remember that camchest noise will travel up the pushrod tubes just like a bullhorn!

Only top cover and middle spacer off. I think it is valve knocking because I have stock valve springs (instead of titanium ones).
Is it possible.

"valve knocking"? Do you mean coil bind where the valvesprings are fully compressed before you get max lift outta the cam? If so - yes, that's a possibility w/the .536 cams.
