Check these baffles out http://www.bigcitythunder.com
I'm going to install a set on my open dragpipes this month instead of spending 6-700 dollars new exhaust.

"Competition Baffle" PN-21897 http://www.vanceandhines.com/store/s.../slipons/16839

Don't know what model mine is, but if yours is the same as my Vance Hines pipe, it has fiberglass packing in the baffle. The "volume level" of the bike is controlled by how much packing you put in, and how tight you wrap the fiberglass.

I bought enough high temp packing material to last a lifetime on ebay for about $13 with shipping. Anytime I want to change how the bike sounds its as simple as removing or adding a little more material, or just leaving the baffle out completely.

Then adjusting the carb. obviously.
