Default 14" rear shocks

I'm looking for 14" rear shocks for my sportster that are not too expensive.

Looking for $250.00 or less.

Does anyone have pictures and feed back on 14" rear shocks on a sportster?

A lot of people here like the Progressive Suspension 412's. Here's a new set within your budget that are 14.25": http://www.ebay.com/itm/Progressive-...0e0951&vxp=mtr

I have 13" shocks on my SuperLow, but I have also corrected the awful sag on the front forks, so it is now a Super-not-so-Low! If you are serious about jacking up the rear end with tall shocks, you really should consider doing something at the front as well.

XL, I have the Progressive 440 standards in the 13.5" length and the top muffler vibrates against the bottom shock bolt on occasion, when unladen, but just barely. Somone posted here a few years ago that the R model, which came equipped with 13.5" shocks had a dent in the mufffler for that reason. I never checked that out though.

Default Xr1200

The XR1200 have that long of shocks and they are in the same class as the Progressive 412's.

Burly now makes a 14in shock called Stilettos. They look pretty decent.
