Default Acc fuse blows when going into gear?

Bike has been fine and no issues, until this morning. Pulled out of my garage and clicked the door opener on the bike and it didn't work. After a little investigation I realized the horn, turn indicators, and brake lights weren't working either. Pulled out my service manual and tracked this down to the accessory fuse which, sure enough, was blown. Replaced it and everything was fine again. Kicked into gear and hit my indicator and it was dead again. Checked all the obviously visible wiring and don't see any issues. Replaced the fuse again and tested all functions and everything worked, kicked into gear and all dead again. Wtf is going into gear blowing my fuse??

There's an interlock switch on your clutch. Check and see if pulling the clutch lever in is really what's blowing the fuse, before you put it in gear.

Replace fuse and without it running hit the front and then rear brakes. OK? Then ponder and check each component one at a time to get a better focus on were to look.

Brilliant, fixed! Beers on me next time I'm south or you're north.
