Hi Everyone! I ordered one of those cheap fairings that you see on ebay and amazon. I have had it painted and I'm ready to mount it. I've seen several threads talking about these fairings and, as mentioned, there are no instructions included. I was wondering if anyone knew if instruction exist for these or if there is a walk through for installation somewhere. Thank you. :-)

are those two last pictures of your bike?

i mounted mine on top of the eyebrow of the headlight. it came with some longer bolts and spacers i think. it was pretty much a streaight bolt on if i remember correct

i really cant tell how to fit that on to your bike. my headlight looked different. sorry

 

I understand. I will probably end up just making it fit like everyone else has. :-)

 

this was the best old pic i found of the mounting. its a bracket mounted on the eyebrow, then mount the fairing on to that

Did it come with any hardware?

Added later: if its the same as this one on Ebay, #400365045177, I can't see any more than one way of it all fitting together.

 

hey brianeck im in omaha and i have the nightster 1200 and i also purchaseda cafe fairing for my bike and i have no freaking clue what the hell to do to install this fairing. u got any instructions that u can can send me as far as how u installed it. i have watched video after video and i just dont see how this one is gonna go on.
