We are in a helmet state, so I put it in a ziplock in my helmet liner.

I have always wondered why Harley can't do a compartment under the seat like Metric bikes do. That would be really helpful.
Hey what a great idea. Give Harley Davidson another idea to F@#K you over for another couple hundred bucks for a seat with hinges for storage underneath, LOFLMAO

+1, with a helmet hook so you can lock your helmet to the bike.

If you can make things. A 4" 3/4 copper pipe with one end capped off(soldered) and the other side with the cap just pushed on. you mount it to the frame were ever you like. Paint it or leave it. Put every thing in a zip lock and roll it up and wala.

I had a Suzuki Maurader with a cool tool pouch compartment similar to this.

Be more creative and use a PBR beer can for this. :-)

I take off the battery cover plate and put it behind the battery. I put it in a ziplock bag to make sure it stays dry. I keep my insurance card and registration there.

+1, since Wyoming isn't a helmet state... or require you to carry a CCW permit to CCW.

I agree. For a helmet lock, I bought one of these and really like it.
