Default 48 front end on 1200R?

hey guys, currently deployed and miss my bike dearly.. so now im thinking of things to do to it when i go home..

been looking around and i really like the fat/wide tire look on the 48.. i have seen a couple pictures online of some sporty's that had their front end converted to the 48 fat/wide tire... i did a little digging and have not been able to find any info on it.. just a few pics..

any ideas? are there 'kits' readably available for this sort of work?

any and all help is welcome..

There arent any kits to make it the same as a 48. You would have to buy all the parts...........expensive. You can do like Rick and use a kit from vulcan and have the same effect. I did it to my 883 using the parts off my 48.
