Default Help with a wire tuck

Hey I'm trying to raise my tank 2.5 inches and I was curious if you have to do a coil relocation to do a wire tuck. I dont mind where the coils are now or the ignition key so I dont really want to waste any more time and money moving them if you dont have to. Every thread I've read so far the person has done a coil relocation so i'm just curious does any one know?

You can do a tank lift and wire tuck without relocating your coil and/or ignition.

Just do the wire tuck as normal. When you are done, all that will be in the space is your coil.

So will it look better though if I do the coil relocation?

It's going to look pretty goofy without the move. Spend the $100 from DK. It will be with it.

What looks good to some doesn't look good to others.

I think it looks better with the coil relocated.

But I also think it looks better with a wire tuck and coil in the stock position than without the wire tuck.

All in the eye of the beholder.

Here's a vid that may help-
