That's a sweet looking ride, Adam.

Bikes are for riding, not waxing.

Yep that is right 883 is a girl bike and that's why every body should start buying boss hoss so we can feel like real man, seriously what a joke .Get on your bike an ride it go gives a f*ck if is an 883 or 1200 . Another thing the most modified bikes that I seen are sportster I myself 3 sportsters a 2010 iron 883 a 1996 883 on flyrite chopper frame and a springer front end and a 76 ironhead and love all 3 .

When I bought my bike last year, I was considering the 883, looked at a lot of them and came close to buying one. It had been about 20 years since I rode any bike and didn't want to invest too much until I knew I was gonna like it. I ended up buying a XL1200C and I have loved it ever since. I just like the design a little better than the 883 and the power difference is nice.

On a side note, my wife has started to get the itch to ride her own bike so when we started looking, she settled herself on an 883 low but hasn't decided to pull the trigger yet. Take that for whatever it's worth.

You hear people say "this bike is for chicks" EFF em.. ride what ya like and enjoy it.

The only complaint I have about my 1200 is probably a more comfortable seat for longer rides.. Stock seat isn't so comfortable and I end up a little irritable after an hour or two in the saddle.

It came on it when I bought it. It seems to be a Memphis shades fairing. Quick detach. Modded the bags for detach. It can be a bare bike in 10 minutes.....

I am a US Soldier stationed overseas. I am a Male who just purchased a new Iron 883. So far, I have spotted 6 Harley's riding around on post. 2 are Electra Glides, 1 Cross Bones and 3 Sportsters...1 48 and 2 Iron 883s. ALL 6 were ridden by MALES!!!
